Freshly breaded brie served with house salad and Cumberland sauce.
Silver Hill Confit of Duck (C)
Served on toasted brioche bread, smoked tomato relish and parsnip & sweet potato shavings.
Chicken & Mushroom Vol-au-vent
Puff pastry filled with chicken and mushrooms in a creamy white wine sauce.
Kenmare Crab Claws (C)
Pan fried garlic, chili & corriander crab claws served with house salad and poppy seed bread.

Served with sautéed onions & mushrooms, onions rings with Jameson peppercorn sauce.
Breast of Silver Hill Duck (C)
Pan fried breast of duck, braised red cabbage complimented with thyme, orange & butterscotch sauce.
Pan fried Hake (C)
Fresh hake served with warm apple & fennell infused salad accompanied with creamy white wine & lemon buree blanc.
Char Grilled Supreme of Chicken (C)
Served with sautéed wild mushrooms, chorizo savoy cabbage and red wine jus.
All the above main courses are accompanied with roasted vegetables & hassel back potato.
Baked Goats Cheese Parcel (V)
